There are 18 suites and five different types of room at Seaham Hall, and each room has its own individual style and character. Most of the bedrooms have sea views and the ground floor rooms boast private terraces.

The Rooms

Classic Rooms

Two Classic rooms, both can be twinned but are also available as double-bedded rooms.

Room 7 is south-facing with woodland views, whilst Room 17 has views of the coast to the north, a large walk-in shower and is adapted for guests with limited mobility.

Deluxe Rooms

Large rooms, with some in the oldest part of the hall, some with fabulous limestone fireplaces.

Room 1 is south-facing with a private garden terrace. Room 2 is south-facing with a private garden terrace and a huge bathroom with a large freestanding two-person bath.

Room 5 is located in the old wing of the hall with magnificent sea views both to the north and east.

Room 10 is south-facing with both sea and woodland views.

Room 11 is also south-facing with woodland views and a huge bathroom containing a large freestanding two-person bath.

Room 19 is situated within the oldest part of the hall with exposed beams and coastal views to the north.

Junior Suites

Stunningly different with a wonderfully relaxing feel, there are seven suites to choose from.

Room 3 is a large open suite, is located on the ground floor with views of the hotel gardens and spa with a private garden terrace.

Room 4 is on the ground floor, has a separate lounge area and a private garden terrace with views of The Serenity Spa.

Room 12 is a large open suite, has views of the hotel gardens and The Serenity Spa.

Room 14 has a Juliet-style balcony with views of The Serenity Spa, a separate bedroom and living area whilst the bathroom has a freestanding two-person bath.

Room 15 has coastal views to the north with a large freestanding two-person bath at the foot of the bed.

Room 16 and Room 18 both have coastal views to the north and separate bedroom and living areas.

Room 3, Room 4 and Room 12 have huge bathrooms with dramatic rain showers. Well, we did promise you uniqueness in every room.

Suites

Huge, three-room suites in the oldest part of the Hall with superb views.

Room 6 has fabulous views to the east, south and west and is very popular with wedding couples.

Room 8 and Room 9 are three-room suites. Each has a fireplace in the lounge and Room 9 also has a contemporary half tester bed set on a raised floor. Bring someone special, order room service and relax in style.

The Penthouse

The ultimate.

As large as a modern detached home, the penthouse has everything you need - except, of course, a kitchen – it even has its own front door overlooking the atrium. Private study, lounge with private dining area, huge bedroom with a stunningly contemporary half tester bed and Italian furniture, an enormous bathroom with a freestanding two-person bath and a huge walk-in shower. Look out the windows and watch the William Pye water feature rise and fall and enjoy the views of the coast to the north.
