Terms and Conditions

The Ultimate Balance require payment when you book and your booking is not confirmed until cleared funds have been received by The Ultimate Balance.

The Ultimate Balance accepts payment by credit/debit card or cheques (payable to The Ultimate Balance).

If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date and acknowledged by The Ultimate Balance, then a full refund (less a £60:00 administration charge) will be made to the customer. Where cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival date no refund will be made under any circumstances. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to info@theultimatebalance.co.uk

If you decide to break your fast/detox during your stay that can be arranged but there will be an additional charge of £50 per person, per day for preparing extra food.

We do not aim to cure, diagnose or treat any illness or disease. If you have any medical conditions, recent operations or surgery then we advise you to talk to your health practitioner before embarking on The Ultimate Balance.
